Biointelligence Technologies combines state of the art sensors and technology in its instruments with unique web-based user-friendly intuitive interfaces.

 

In order to support the commercialization efforts of the organization, BioIntelligence Technologies is recruiting a Director Customer Experience. The Director will have a proven background in the bioprocessing industry and has a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the domain. The Director utilizes this knowledge to easily build relationships with the targeted prospects and has the ability to promote the advantages of our products as the solution for the day to day challenges of the potential customer. The Director will be measured on sales performance and the compensation package includes an attractive commission plan.

Responsabilities
  • Identify customer’s needs and objectives and develop tailored solutions.
  • Write proposals, conduct presentations, and execute demos
  • Encourage and promote innovation to exceed customer’s business goals
  • Nurture excellent relationship with customers
  • Maintain knowledge on BioIntelligence Technologies products and sales support applications
  • Understand and promote market trends in the organization
  • Deliver regular and detailed progress reports
  • Liaise efficiently with Technology Development Teams and Business Analysts to provide the best possible solutions for the customers
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and actively participate in defining sales and business development objectives with Managers
  • Liaise with internal and external development partners
  • Embrace a team-selling approach and build on the knowledge and expertise from team
  • Rapidly generate positive results
  • Drive account penetration as well as new account acquisition strategies to develop a healthy qualified pipeline
  • Build relationships with industry experts and senior level executives to understand trends and discover potential opportunities
  • Participate in key industry associations and events to increase awareness of the Company’s brand
  • Identify, research, analyze, and communicate competitive sales strategies
  • Proactively suggest areas to collaborate with partners on new products and capabilities
  • Leverage global and local partner relationships that can positively influence the purchase of products and services.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in process engineering or biological sciences (or equivalent experience)
  • General understanding of bioprocesses
  • Experience with bioprocess operations and monitoring
  • Experience with monitoring and control technologies for bioprocesses such as probes, sensors, software and SCADA
  • Ability to understand and communicate technology solutions as they relate to business needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professionally and effectively communicate with customers, peers and managers, demonstrating sound reasoning and judgment skills
  • Ability to articulate the business values of the products (solution sale vs. feature sale)
  • Experience in dealing with all echelons of an organization
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work with little direct supervision
  • As a team player work closely with other employees with the sole objective of finding the best possible solution that achieve customers’ needs

  • Experience in a startup sales environment is a plus
  • Experience with sales force automation systems such as Pipedrive is a plus.
  • At least five years of experience in a technology, biotechnological or pharmaceutical company, in a technical, CRM or B2B selling role with a track record of sustained success
